Regarding: EXEQUATUR:

Executed in Belgium – solvency investigation – tracing debtors. You, just as ourselves, may regularly be confronted with debtors who disappear to a foreign country where they may let themselves be written off. That does not mean that your debt is not collectable. If your debtor stays in Belgium, the court order you obtained in a foreign country may be executed in Belgium. Very quickly (within 24 hours) we can ascertain if this debtor is in Belgium or not.
The cost price of such an investigation is € 25,00.

If the said debtor stays in Belgium a solvency test may be carried out before additional costs are incurred. The cost price is an estimated € 50,00. In this process we use the assistance of the bailiffs Modero, whom we work closely together with.

In such a case an exequatur process will have to be carried out. For this a process cost (roll admission) of € 52.00 plus a rate of approximately € 500 (excluding translation costs) must be allowed for. At the 1st request we provide you with a list of documents which are necessary to start such a process. We are also able, via our contacts in neighbouring countries, to assist you in finding suitable people to carry out the same procedure.
